Kate Hudson’s hair product collaboration with her hairstylist David Babaii will made it's debut on the Home Shopping Network July 3, and will continue to be a featured product throughout the Fourth of July holiday weekend.

The new line is called David Babaii for WildAid, and includes several eco-conscious hair care products and a mission devoted to wildlife preservation.

During the promotional shows on HSN David Babaii will demonstrate how he achieves red carpet hairstyles. Also, Kate Hudson will be calling in to talk about her work with the product and to answer viewers’ questions. All sessions will also be available to view online, at HSN’s Web site.

The line was created to combine two of David and Kate’s top passions in life - “the nature in beauty and the beauty in
nature.” A percentage of the revenue from David Babaii for WildAid will benefit WildAid, a global wildlife conservation organization.

Yes, it was all change for Lily Allen as she took to the main stage - with Mark Ronson - at the 02 Wireless Festival yesterday. She was sporting what is technically known as A New Look, namely:

1. Her hair wasn't up in a ponytail; and

2. She was wearing (admittedly very dodgy) leggings instead of a skirt.

She was also, as you may be able to spot, wearing Christian Louboutin shoes. At a music festival! Which isn't very rock 'n' roll at all, is it? Whatever next - coming on stage with a Christian Lacroix dress and a Birkin bag?

Not that I'm complaining. Because it's just nice to see Lily back on stage. What with her being a musician, and all.

She performed "Oh My God" and "Littlest Things" again. Mark Ronson was the supporting act for Jay Z's headlining slot.

The members of Radiohead were probably thrilled when the overbearing hype faded and they didn't command the national dialogue as much as usual with 2003's Hail To The Thief. Credit most of that to sheer exhaustion on everyone's part—the band, fans, critics—but the album was at least as good as Kid A and Amnesiac. Crawling up from below seemed like a fitting way for Radiohead to make its next move, though what a slow crawl it was: After a stagnant four-year period in which the band left its label and frontman Thom Yorke released a solo album (The Eraser), the band last year made the surprise announcement that a new record, In Rainbows, was completed and soon to be self-released online.

The hype level threatened to shoot back up, especially when the album was made into a pay-what-you-want download, but once In Rainbows hit the streets (er, hard drives), the attention rightly turned to the music. Beginning with the kind of raw, unsettling compositions for which the band has become known, In Rainbows slowly but becomes something else entirely—calm, clear-headed, even romantic in parts; combining the best elements of pre- and post-Kid A Radiohead, In Rainbows wsurely as a shoo-in for most 2007 best-of lists. After disastrous bad weather flooded the Virginia show on their current supporting tour, The A.V. Club met with Yorke and guitarist Ed O'Brien and chatted about making transition records, simplifying their sound, and erotic landscapes.

Pete Doherty is just an attention seeker who seeks notoriety, according to Bobby Gillespie. The Primal Scream frontman says the troubled Babyshambles star loves having his life played out in public and tries his hardest to manipulate the media.

Bobby - who has overcome drug addiction - said: "I think Pete has learned to manipulate the mass media very well - especially the tabloid newspapers. That's how he does his press, I suppose. I think Pete likes the attention." Bobby admits he feels sorry for Pete's friend Amy Winehouse because she is constantly followed by paparazzi, who are desperate for something to go wrong.

He added to Britain's Loaded magazine: "I've never wanted that. With the Amy thing... to be honest with you, I think there are a lot of people just hanging around with cameras waiting for that shot when she finally ODs. It's sick. I feel sorry for her, having 40 men outside her house all the time." Despite his mixed feelings towards Pete, Bobby is still good friends with The Babyshambles rocker's ex-girlfriend Kate Moss - who teamed up with Primal Scream to record the song 'Some Velvet Morning'.

He said: "It was really great fun. Kate's a great girl and I'm really proud of the record we made together. It was a great disco record, a great pop record and has a great video."

He may be the last guy anyone thought would get married and have a kid… but Pete Wentz has settled into his role as a husband and daddy-to-be quite nicely.

The Fall Out Boy and his wife/almost-babymama Ashlee Simpson were spotted out in West Hollywood, California yesterday visiting friends while simultaneously looking like the portrait of wedded bliss.

Sporting yet another fabulous maternity dress (black with a red and beige tie-dye pattern around the bottom) along with a pair of black gladiator sandals, the “Little Miss Obsessive” songstress laughed as her hubby clowned around for the paparazzi by “getting wasted on water” before shooting off some fireworks.

Ashlee and Pete are set to become parents later this fall, with a string of rumors that they’ll be welcoming a baby boy into their family, though the sex of the baby hasn’t been confirmed yet.

People around here were celebrating the Fourth a day early last night. Real smart, guys, considering how DRY the woods is here! I cringed every time one went off.

I ought to celebrate the birth of my country by watching V for Vendetta yet again tonight.

Cassie Kicks Off NYC Sound Tracks

White-hot singer Cassie (in Pencey) strikes a few poses at the launch of Madison Square Garden’s new “NYC Sound Tracks” series at Metrazur Restaurant in New York City on Tuesday.

Cassie’s second album is due out in September, with producers Kanye West and Pharrell. Her Official Girl video release with Lil Wayne is scheduled to drop next month.

On the personal end, Diddy and Cassie were reportedly trying to avoid be photographed together at the Marquee yesterday. Apparently the pair got into the same car despite slipping out at different times.

Is the world ready for a song and dance version of the life of Victoria Beckham and her soccer stud hubby David Beckham? A theater company in Dublin, Ireland, sure hopes so!

MacBecks, which the show's director calls a "wild comedy romp," pokes fun at the international supercouple, mixing details of their headline-making life with various bits from classic William Shakespeare plays.


“We’re very excited by the script," says Ronan Smith of Long Road Productions, which is behind the staging of the satirical sing-song affair. "It borrows from Shakespeare’s Macbeth, King Lear and Romeo & Juliet."

According to reports, Posh will be portrayed as an ambitious Lady Macbeth for whom husband David sacrifices his career.

Other real-life characters slated to be portrayed in the show — slated to premiere in January 2009 — include Sir Alex Ferguson, manager of Becks' former team, Manchester United, and Rebecca Loos, David's former assistant with whom he was alleged to have been more than professional.
