As for my suckish life, it couldn't suck more for me these days, I feel like I'm never getting a job in this lifetime. I don't understand it. Am I so useless that not even Walmart will take me?

So, art is what I have.

I just ask everyone to please, please, please let anyone in need of a portrait, illustration, fanart, or other artwork done, know that I am taking commission. And that I have a CafePress shop now, I'm working on getting more stuff to it, so let me know what artworks you guys would like to see in the products there.

I got a lot to post today, and I have to thank accioslash for helping so much, I really appreciate it! I'm on a roll, and I'm having a creative wave, so I'm painting one after another, hopefully I can get it all the ideas done. Also, my commission queue is open if anyone's interested. :)

Afternoon

Ok, as I have mentioned before, my computer is not working, and I'm basically doing very little as artwork goes. I am trying to when I get a computer I'm borrowing, but with a tiny screen it's very hard. But I am working slowly, anyway.

There couldn't be a worst time to lose my computer, because I need money desperately, and can't work on my commissions. And no, I can't even get a cheap computer right now. If I'm luck the necessary parts I need for my computer to work will arrive in a few weeks, and I'll be able to have my old computer back.

I have been looking for a job and haven't had any luck at all. It's really frustrating. I am freaking out, and honestly, I can't remember a time when things were this bad.

So, I need your help. All I ask is for you guys to spread the word, to someone who may be interested in commissions (they will be slow, but I'll do them), or I can do prints of my existing work. If you guys or anyone you know are interested, it will be great help!

Also, I opened an account for my mom at Deviantart, and she's showing her jewelry. We're working together on some cool jewelry, combining my art, with her pieces. I will add any art you guys want to the jewelry, from my original stuff, to the HP fanart. I still don't have the really good stuff done, because we can't buy the material, but there are a few pictures of mine and my mom's work for you guys to take a look. There will be things done in polymer clay and porcelain, all hand painted.

We will soon have an Etsy account, but right now we don't have money to showcase all the work. We will add them soon, so, I'll let you guys know of the link for that.

What is it now? Are we in some kind of "Gay Dictatorship"?

I've been following the controversy over Miss California's opinion on gay marriage, and it scares the hell out of me, when you find out that having your own opinion will cause that much hate!

I could care less for pageants, but wasn't a judge supposed to be impartial, and not take things personally? Gay or not, Perez Hilton, should have been more professional. Shouting obscene comments about a contestant online, just because he didn't like her answer is uncalled for.

I thought this was supposed to be a free country, where we have freedom of speech, but every time someone voices their own opinion, if it's not politically correct, or what the sheep will generally follow, then you're torn into shreds! I call it hypocrisy!

I am not a gay hater, and honestly the question of whether or not gay marriage should be allowed is irrelevant here. You have the right to answer truthfully to what you believe, and that's that.

I had to say this, feel free to attack me if you want, it's still MY opinion.

On another note, my computer is dead, one of the reasons I've been gone for so long. Will try to update this journal more often, anytime I get my hands on someone's computer.

If I was in charge of making
snow globes, this is what I would put inside:

I know I've been a terrible LJ friend, I don't have time to even check my flist anymore! :(

My older son is having problems with his grades and I'm helping him study, plus looking for a Therapist to help with his anxiety. He knows his stuff, but completely blanks at tests and school work, I have no idea why.

Also, I've been working in many commissions, and there's this one I can't publish for censorship reasons, which is taking most of my time. I will though, try to post the pictures when I rework them to a more "family" version. ;)
